For over 40 years, I’ve been exploring the edges and depths of what it means to be alive. My path has wound through yoga, sound therapy, meditation, energy healing, coaching, music, food, community-building, and ceremony. But underneath all of it is the same call: helping people remember and embody their authenticity, freedom, and presence.
My passion is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities through an integrated approach to healing and personal growth. My journey has been shaped not only by extensive training—including 500hr TTC Yoga Alliance certification, advanced energy healing, sound therapy, yoga, qigong, meditation, and embodied movement—but equally by lived experience, curiosity, and continual learning from every encounter along the way.
